Screed Lift Hydraulic Cylinder Hose Removal -- Continued.
CAUTION
Tag and label hydraulic hoses prior to removal. Hydraulic hoses must be installed correctly for
proper operation. Failure to comply may cause damage to equipment.
1. Disconnect hydraulic hose 37 (Figure 1, Item 1), hydraulic hose 40 (Figure 1, Item 2), and hydraulic hose 39
(Figure 1, Item 3) from screed main manifold (Figure 1, Item 4), and cap/plug hydraulic hoses and hydraulic
fittings.
2. Disconnect hydraulic hose 37 (Figure 1, Item 1), hydraulic hose 40 (Figure 1, Item 2), hydraulic hose 39
(Figure 1, Item 3), and hydraulic hose 36 (Figure 1, Item 6) from bulkheads (Figure 1, Items 5 and 7), and
cap/plug hydraulic hoses and hydraulic fittings.
