Screed Extension Hydraulic Cylinder Installation
1. Install screed extension hydraulic cylinder (Figure 3, Item 5) onto hydraulic cylinder shaft (Figure 3, Item 12).
2. Install bolt (Figure 3, Item 7), new lock washer (Figure 3, Item 6), and flat washer (Figure 3, Item 8) onto
hydraulic cylinder shaft (Figure 3, Item 12).
3. Tighten bolt (Figure 3, Item 9).
4. Install two bolts (Figure 3, Item 1), new lock washers (Figure 3, Item 2), and utility box sides (Figure 3, Item 3)
into mounting holes (Figure 3, Item 11).

5. Remove caps from hydraulic hoses (Figure 4, Items 1 and 4) and hydraulic fittings (Figure 4, Item 2 and 3).
6. Install hydraulic hoses (Figure 4, Items 1 and 4) to hydraulic fittings (Figure 4, Items 2 and 3).
