1. Disconnect W23 J1 (Figure 1, Item 2) from W22 J3 (Figure 1, Item 1), and remove wire ties securing cable.
NOTE
It is not necessary to tag and label screed heater element connectors. All connectors are identical
with identical power being applied over all cables.
2. Slide dust boot (Figure 1, Item 4) back to gain access to connectors.
3. Disconnect six screed heat box connectors (Figure 1, Item 5) from six heater element connectors (Figure 1,
Item 6) while pressing locking tab.
