Damagedpreformed packings will cause leakageand affect performance.b.Install preformed packings (23) and straightadapters (22) onto screed extension cylinder(7).c.Install preformed packings (21) and plug (20)onto screed extension cylinder (7).2.INSTALL SCREED EXTENSIONCYLINDER.a.Use a wrench and hold square end of pistonrod (18). Install extension rod (6) into thepiston rod.
