Conveyor Drag Chain Installation -- Continued.
4. Install chain onto sprocket (Figure 5, Item 5).
5. Install chain master link (Figure 5, Item 3) and two new cotter pins (Figure 5, Item 4) onto conveyor chain.
6. Raise drive motor using tension bolts (Figure 5, Item 2) to properly tension chain.
7. Tighten jam nuts (Figure 5, Item 1).
8. Perform conveyor chain adjustment (WP 0419).
9. Install conveyor covers (WP 0418).
10. Adjust conveyor drag chain tension (perform Conveyor Drag Chain Tension Adjustment task).
