Right Side Joystick Wiring Harness Removal -- Continued.
CAUTION
Tag and label all electric cables and connections prior to removal. Electric cables must be
installed correctly for proper operation. Failure to comply will cause damage to equipment.
1. Remove two screws (Figure 1, Item 4) and disconnect two red and black wires (Figure 1, Item 1) from +
contact on left joystick (Figure 1, Item 7) and + contact on right joystick (Figure 1, Item 10).
2. Remove two screws (Figure 1, Item 4) and disconnect two black wires (Figure 1, Item 3) and ground wires
(Figure 1, Item 6) from - contact on left joystick (Figure 1, Item 7) and - contact on right joystick (Figure 1, Item
10).
3. Remove screw (Figure 1, Item 4) and disconnect grey wire (Figure 1, Item 2) from A contact on right joystick
(Figure 1, Item 10).
4. Remove screw (Figure 1, Item 4) and disconnect light blue wire (Figure 1, Item 5) from A contact on left
joystick (Figure 1, Item 7).
5. Disconnect W8 J1 (Figure 1, Item 8) from W9 J2 (Figure 1, Item 9).

Right Side Joystick Wiring Harness Installation
1. Connect W8 J1 (Figure 1, Item 8) to W9 J2 (Figure 1, Item 9).
2. Connect light blue wire (Figure 1, Item 5) and install screw (Figure 1, Item 4) to A contact on left joystick
(Figure 1, Item 7).
3. Connect grey wire (Figure 1, Item 2) and install screw (Figure 1, Item 4) to A contact on right joystick (Figure
1, Item 10).
4. Connect two black wires (Figure 1, Item 3) and ground wires (Figure 1, Item 6) and install two screws (Figure
1, Item 4) to - contact on left joystick (Figure 1, Item 7) and - contact on right joystick (Figure 1, Item 10).
5. Connect two red and black wires (Figure 1, Item 1) and install two screws (Figure 1, Item 4) to + contact on
left joystick (Figure 1, Item 7) and + contact on right joystick (Figure 1, Item 10).

1. Install control pedestal (WP 0261).
2. Install cable ties where necessary.
