Gear Pump Installation
1. Install two bolts (Figure 1, Item 1), gear pump (Figure 1, Item 6), and new gear pump gasket (Figure 1, Item
2) to engine (Figure 1, Item 3).
2. Remove caps/plugs from hydraulic hoses (Figure 1, Items 5 and 4) and hydraulic fittings.
3. Connect hydraulic hose 56 (Figure 1, Item 5) and hydraulic hose 57 (Figure 1, Item 4) onto gear pump (Figure
1, Item 6).
END OF TASK
FOLLOW-ON TASK
1. Install engine hood assembly (WP 0433).
2. Verify proper operation.
3. Dispose of hydraulic oil and wiping rags In Accordance With (IAW) local Standard Operating Procedure
(SOP).
