Radiator Cooler Coolant Hoses Removal -- Continued.
1. Remove radiator cooler cap (Figure 1, Item 4) from top of radiator cooler (Figure 1, Item 6).
2. Remove hose clamp (Figure 1, Item 11) and lower coolant hose (Figure 1, Item 12) from lower coolant outlet
port (Figure 1, Item 10). Drain excess coolant into drain pan.
3. Remove hose clamp (Figure 1, Item 2) and upper coolant hose (Figure 1, Item 1) from upper coolant intake
port (Figure 1, Item 3).
4. Disconnect wiring harness connector (Figure 1, Item 9) from coolant level sensor (Figure 1, Item 8) on top of
radiator cooler (Figure 1, Item 6).
5. Remove coolant overflow hose (Figure 1, Item 7) from radiator fill fitting (Figure 1, Item 5).
