Fumes Exhaust Assembly Removal -- Continued.
CAUTION
Tag and label electrical wires and hydraulic hoses prior to removal. Electrical wires and hydraulic
hoses must be installed correctly for proper operation. Failure to comply may cause damage to
equipment.
7. Disconnect hydraulic hose 41 (Figure 3, Item 1) and hydraulic hose 53 (Figure 3, Item 2) from variable auger
pump, and cap/plug hydraulic hoses and hydraulic fittings.
WARNING
The fumes exhaust assembly weighs 86 pounds (lb) (34 kilograms (kg)). Use a suitable lifting
device. Failure to comply may cause injury or death to personnel.
CAUTION
Remove fumes exhaust assembly slowly, being careful not to pinch hoses and electrical
cables. Failure to comply may cause damage to equipment.
Properly support the item being lifted. Failure to comply may cause damage to equipment.
NOTE
It will be necessary to remove cable ties from cables and hoses for access.
