Conveyor Motor Hydraulic Hoses Removal -- Continued.
5. Disconnect hydraulic hose 62A (Figure 2, Item 11) and hydraulic hose 51A (Figure 2, Item 12) from right
conveyor motor (Figure 2, Item 10).
6. Disconnect hydraulic hose 62A (Figure 2, Item 11) and hydraulic hose 51A (Figure 2, Item 12) from bulkhead
(Figure 2, Item 1).
7. Disconnect hydraulic hose 46 (Figure 2, Item 9) from right conveyor motor (Figure 2, Item 10).
8. Disconnect hydraulic hose 46 (Figure 2, Item 9) from tee fitting on hydraulic manifold (Figure 2, Item 8).
9. Disconnect hydraulic hose 51B (Figure 2, Item 2) and hydraulic hose 62B (Figure 2, Item 5) from left conveyor
motor (Figure 2, Item 4).
10. Disconnect hydraulic hose 51B (Figure 2, Item 2) and hydraulic hose 62B (Figure 2, Item 5) from bulkhead
(Figure 2, Item 1).
11. Disconnect hydraulic hose 48 (Figure 2, Item 7) from tee fitting on hydraulic manifold (Figure 2, Item 8).
12. Disconnect hydraulic hose 48 (Figure 2, Item 7) from hydraulic tank (Figure 2, Item 6).
13. Disconnect hydraulic hose 47 (Figure 2, Item 3) from hydraulic tank (Figure 2, Item 6).
14. Disconnect hydraulic hose 47 (Figure 2, Item 3) from left conveyor motor (Figure 2, Item 4).
15. Cap/plug all hydraulic hoses (Figure 1, Items 1 and 4) (Figure 2, Items 2, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, and 12) and hydraulic
fittings.

Conveyor Motor Hydraulic Hoses Inspection
1. Inspect hydraulic hoses (Figure 1, Items 1 and 4) (Figure 2, Items 2, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, and 12) and fittings for
cracks, holes, wear, or deformities. Replace hydraulic hoses if damaged.
2. Inspect hydraulic fittings on motor, pumps, tank, tee fittings, bulkheads, manifolds, and hoses for cracks,
stripped threading, wear, or deformities. Replace component if damaged.

Conveyor Motor Hydraulic Hoses Installation
1. Remove caps/plugs from all hydraulic hoses (Figure 1, Items 1 and 4) (Figure 2, Items 2, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, and
12) and hydraulic fittings.
2. Connect hydraulic hose 47 (Figure 2, Item 3) onto left conveyor motor (Figure 2, Item 4).
3. Connect hydraulic hose 47 (Figure 2, Item 3) onto hydraulic tank (Figure 2, Item 6).
4. Connect hydraulic hose 48 (Figure 2, Item 7) onto hydraulic tank (Figure 2, Item 6).
5. Connect hydraulic hose 48 (Figure 2, Item 7) onto tee fitting on hydraulic manifold (Figure 2, Item 8).
6. Connect hydraulic hose 51B (Figure 2, Item 2) and hydraulic hose 62B (Figure 2, Item 5) onto bulkhead
(Figure 2, Item 1).
7. Connect hydraulic hose 51B (Figure 2, Item 2) and hydraulic hose 62B (Figure 2, Item 5) onto left conveyor
motor (Figure 2, Item 4).
8. Connect hydraulic hose 46 (Figure 2, Item 9) onto right conveyor motor (Figure 2, Item 10).
9. Connect hydraulic hose 46 (Figure 2, Item 9) onto tee fitting on hydraulic manifold (Figure 2, Item 8).
10. Connect hydraulic hose 62A (Figure 2, Item 11) and hydraulic hose 51A (Figure 2, Item 12) onto right
conveyor motor (Figure 2, Item 10).
