Truck Hitch Hydraulic Cylinder Hose Removal -- Continued.
3. Remove three bolts (Figure 2, Item 19), bracket (Figure 2, Item 18), four spacers (Figure 2, Item 17), and
hydraulic hose 124A (Figure 2, Item 13) from BMPM mounting point (Figure 2, Item 16).
4. Remove three bolts (Figure 2, Item 23), bracket (Figure 2, Item 22), four spacers (Figure 2, Item 21), and
hydraulic hose 124B (Figure 2, Item 14) from BMPM mounting point (Figure 2, Item 20).
5. Disconnect hydraulic hose 124A (Figure 2, Item 13) from hydraulic hose 123 A (Figure 2, Item 3), and
cap/plug hydraulic hose.
6. Disconnect hydraulic hose 124B (Figure 2, Item 14) from hydraulic hose 123 B (Figure 2, Item 2), and
cap/plug hydraulic hose.
7. Remove 12 bolts (Figure 2, Item 11), four brackets (Figure 2, Item 10), 16 spacers (Figure 2, Item 9),
hydraulic hose 123B (Figure 2, Item 2), and hydraulic hose 123A (Figure 2, Item 3) from BMPM mounting
point (Figure 2, Item 7).
8. Disconnect hydraulic hose 123B (Figure 2, Item 2) and hydraulic hose 123A (Figure 2, Item 3) from main
manifold (Figure 2, Item 1), and cap/plug hydraulic hoses and hydraulic fittings.

Truck Hitch Hydraulic Cylinder Hose Inspection
1. Inspect hydraulic hoses (Figure 2, Items 2, 3, 13, and 14) and fittings for cracks, holes, wear, or deformities.
Replace hydraulic hoses if damaged.
2. Inspect hydraulic fittings on hydraulic cylinders, manifolds, and hoses for cracks, stripped threading, wear, or
deformities. Replace component if damaged.

Truck Hitch Hydraulic Cylinder Hose Installation
1. Remove caps/plugs from hydraulic hoses (Figure 2, Items 2, 3, 13, and 14) and hydraulic fittings.
2. Connect hydraulic hose 123B (Figure 2, Item 2) and hydraulic hose 123A (Figure 2, Item 3) onto main
manifold (Figure 2, Item 1).
3. Install 12 bolts (Figure 2, Item 11), four brackets (Figure 2, Item 10), 16 spacers (Figure 2, Item 9), hydraulic
hose 123B (Figure 2, Item 2), and hydraulic hose 123A (Figure 2, Item 3) onto BMPM mounting point (Figure
2, Item 7).
4. Connect hydraulic hose 124B (Figure 2, Item 14) onto hydraulic hose 123B (Figure 2, Item 2).
5. Connect hydraulic hose 124A (Figure 2, Item 13) onto hydraulic hose 123A (Figure 2, Item 3).
6. Install three bolts (Figure 2, Item 23), bracket (Figure 2, Item 22), four spacers (Figure 2, Item 21), and
hydraulic hose 124B (Figure 2, Item 14) onto BMPM mounting point (Figure 2, Item 20).
7. Install three bolts (Figure 2, Item 19), bracket (Figure 2, Item 18), four spacers (Figure 2, Item 17), and
hydraulic hose 124A (Figure 2, Item 13) onto BMPM mounting point (Figure 2, Item 16).
8. Connect hydraulic hose 124A (Figure 2, Item 13) and hydraulic hose 124B (Figure 2, Item 14) onto truck hitch
hydraulic cylinder (Figure 2, Item 15).
