Fumes Exhaust Hydraulic Motor Hose Removal -- Continued.
CAUTION
Tag and label hydraulic hoses prior to removal. Hydraulic hoses must be installed correctly for
proper operation. Failure to comply may cause damage to equipment.
NOTE
Some hydraulic hoses may need to be disconnected or removed for access. Note hose removed
for installation.
1. Disconnect hydraulic hose 32 (Figure 1, Item 1), hydraulic hose 31 (Figure 1, Item 3), and hydraulic hose 65
(Figure 1, Item 5) from fumes exhaust hydraulic motor (Figure 1, Item 6).
2. Disconnect hydraulic hose 32 (Figure 1, Item 1) and hydraulic hose 31 (Figure 1, Item 3) from hydraulic
manifold (Figure 1, Item 2).
3. Disconnect hydraulic hose 65 (Figure 1, Item 5) from hydraulic tank (Figure 1, Item 4).
4. Cap/plug all hydraulic hoses (Figure 1, Items 1, 3, and 5) and hydraulic fittings.
END OF TASK
Fumes Exhaust Hydraulic Motor Hose Inspection
