Remove two bolts (Figure 1, Item 4), lock washers (Figure 1, Item 3), nuts (Figure 1, Item 5), and fire extinguisher
bracket (Figure 1, Item 2) from stairway (Figure 1, Item 1). Discard lock washers.

1. Inspect all metal components of fire extinguisher for rust, corrosion, and damage. Replace as necessary.
2. Inspect rubber components of fire extinguisher bracket for cracks, dry-rot, and damage. Replace as
