3. Check the inactive counts of

4. Turn BATTERY DISCONNECT
switch to OFF position (TM 5-
3895-385-10), and wait for 5
seconds.
5. Turn BATTERY DISCONNECT
switch to ON position (TM 5-
3895-385-10).
6. Start engine (TM 5-3895-385-
10) and let it idle for 1 minute.
7. Check active engine faults
1. If fault code SPN#629, FMI#12
screen for fault code SPN#629,
is displayed, turn keyless
FMI#12.
engine switch to the OFF
position (TM 5-3895-385-10),
and replace engine ECM (WP
0332, Vol 2).
2. If fault code SPN#629, FMI#12
is not displayed, turn keyless
engine switch to the OFF
position (TM 5-3895-385-10).
No fault present; restore
equipment to original condition.
