Check Hydraulic Fluid Level -- Continued.
WARNING
When running, the BMPM engine has hot metal surfaces that will burn flesh on contact. Shut
down engine and allow sufficient cooling before checks, services, or maintenance. Wear gloves
and additional protective clothing as required. Failure to comply may cause injury or death to
personnel.
5. Add hydraulic fluid to hydraulic fluid reservoir as needed to bring level to near maximum indicator (black line)
(Figure 1, Item 2) on temperature and liquid sight indicator (Figure 1, Item 1). If fluid is low, perform Fill
Hydraulic Fluid Reservoir task.
