RECONNECT ENGINE OIL COOLER HOSES TO
THERMOSTAT HOUSING AND ENGINE BLOCK
COOLANT GALLERY.
a.
Install hose clamp (124) and coolant hose (125)
onto engine block coolant gallery fitting (1226).
Tighten hose clamp.
b.
Install hose clamp (121) and coolant hose (122)
onto thermostat housing fitting (123). Tighten
hose clamp.

RECONNECT ENGINE OIL HOSES TO ADAPTER
PLATE AND INSTALL ENGINE OIL DRAIN HOSE
EXTENSION ONTO ENGINE OIL DRAIN HOSE.
Hydraulic fitting sealant can cause
eye damage or skin irritation. Wash
after skin contact. Wear safety
goggles/glasses when using. Avoid
contact with eyes or skin. If sealant
contacts eyes, flush eyes with water
and get immediate medical attention.
a.
Coat threads of adapter plate straight adapters
(120) with hydraulic fitting sealant. Install engine
oil filter hoses (118 and 119) onto adapter plate
straight adapters.
