Use a jeweler’sscrewdriver set to install lockwashers (13) andscrews (12). Apply electrical insulating varnish toring terminals.b.Install ring terminals (11) onto throttle controlswitch. Use a jeweler’s screwdriver set to installlockwashers (10) and terminal screws (9). Applyelectrical insulating varnish to ring terminals.c.Apply electrical insulating compound to ignitionswitch terminals. Install harness lug terminals (8)onto ignition switch terminals.d.Apply electrical insulating compound to electricalconnectors (7 and 6). Connect electricalconnectors to control handle electricalconnectors.e.Apply electrical insulating compound to terminalsof gauges. Install terminal plugs (5) into gauges.f.Apply electrical insulating compound to terminalplugs of indicator lights. Install harnessconnectors (4) to indicator lights.g.Install ring terminals (3) onto switches. Use ajeweler’s screwdriver set to install lockwashers(2) and terminal screws (1).
