TM 5-3895-373-20A.DRAIN - Continued.c.Place machinery wiping towel and drain panbelow engine oil filter/cooler assembly (14).Tag coolant hoses (16) for reassembly.Loosen hose clamps (15) and disconnectcoolant hoses from oil filter/coolerassembly. Drain all coolant from coolanthoses.d.Connect coolant hoses (16) to engine oilfilter/cooler assembly (14). Tighten hoseclamps (15).e.Place water hose in radiator fill port anddrain pan below drain cock (12). Run waterthrough radiator and engine until cleanwater flows from drain cock and coolanthoses (16).f.Dispose of used engine coolant inaccordance with local procedures.B.FILL.1.FILL COOLANT SYSTEM.a.Close drain cock (12).b.Mix 1-1/2 gal (5.5 l) water with 1-1/2 gal(5.5 l) antifreeze in radiator filling can.c.Install plastic funnel in radiator fill port.
