Truck Hitch Arm Repair

NOTE
Steps to repair a truck hitch arm are the same for both arms. Right side shown.
1. Remove bolt (Figure 2, Item 8), flat washer (Figure 2, Item 7), and truck hitch guide wheel (Figure 2, Item 6)
from guide wheel axle (Figure 2, Item 5).
2. Remove bolt (Figure 2, Item 4), nut (Figure 2, Item 9), and guide wheel axle (Figure 2, Item 5) from truck hitch
arm (Figure 2, Item 1).
3. Remove two bolts (Figure 2, Item 3) and locking collar (Figure 2, Item 10) from truck hitch arm (Figure 2, Item
1).
4. Remove truck hitch guide roller (Figure 2, Item 2) from truck hitch arm (Figure 2, Item 1).
5. Install truck hitch guide roller (Figure 2, Item 2) onto truck hitch arm (Figure 2, Item 1).
6. Install two bolts (Figure 2, Item 3) and locking collar (Figure 2, Item 10) onto truck hitch arm (Figure 2, Item 1).
7. Install bolt (Figure 2, Item 4), nut (Figure 2, Item 9), and guide wheel axle (Figure 2, Item 5) onto truck hitch
arm (Figure 2, Item 1).
8. Install bolt (Figure 2, Item 8), flat washer (Figure 2, Item 7), and truck hitch guide wheel (Figure 2, Item 6)
onto guide wheel axle (Figure 2, Item 5).
