5. Turn BATTERY DISCONNECT

6. Start engine (TM 5-3895-385-
10), and let it idle for 1 minute.
7. Check active engine faults
1. If fault code SPN#651, FMI#7 is
screen for fault code SPN#651,
displayed, proceed to next test.
FMI#7.
2. If fault code SPN#651, FMI#7 is
not displayed, turn keyless
engine switch to the OFF
position (TM 5-3895-385-10).
No fault present; restore
equipment to original condition.
8. Check active engine faults
1. If other fault codes are
screen for any other fault code.
