The term "bank" is used to describe a set of injectors wired through a common injector pass-
through connector. The Bituminous Material Paving Machine (BMPM) engine has 2 injector
banks injectors #1 and #2, wired to the front pass-through connector, and injectors #3 and
#4, wired to the rear pass-through connector.
