INSTALL SCREED VIBRATION SOLENOID
VALVE ONTO RETURN MANIFOLD.
Pipe sealant can cause eye damage
or skin irritation. Wash after skin
contact. Wear safety goggles/glasses
when using. Avoid contact with eyes
or skin. If sealant contacts eyes,
flush
eyes
with
water
and
get
immediate medical attention.
a.
Apply pipe sealant to exposed end of pipe
nipple (2).
b.
Install screed vibration solenoid valve (1)
into elbow (3). Use a wrench on pipe nipple
(2) and tighten until solenoid valve is in the
correct position with tees (4 and 5) pointing
down.

FOLLOW-ON-TASK: Install return manifold per paragraph 2.55.
