Remove three bolts, washers, and nuts (8) from walkway bracket to fender connection.

Remove eight bolts and washers from four walkway brackets (9), (10), (13) and (14).

Remove walkway (12).
4-6. Install Driver's Side Walkway. (Refer to fig. 4-12.)
Set walkway (12) in place and aline mounting holes.
a.
Install eight bolts and washers thru four walkway brackets (9), (10), (13), and (14).
b.
Install three bolts, washers and nuts (8) thru walkway bracket to fender connection.
c.
Rejoin wires to clearance lights (7) with new wire crimp connectors.
d.
Install four bolts, washers, and nuts (6) and mount two clearance lights (7).
e.
Install storage box (15) with air tank (16) attached to walkway (12) with six bolts, washers,

and nuts (11); three each on either end of storage box (15).
Install air lines (18) and (19) to "T" fitting (17) on back of air tank (16).
g.
h . Start engine, pressurize air system, check for air leaks and clearance light function; refer to
TM 9-2329273-10.
4-7. Remove Rear Wheel Splash Guard. (Refer to fig. 4-13.)
Remove four bolts (1) and flat washers (4) with lockwasher (5) and nuts (6).

Remove splash guard bar (3).
Remove splash guard (2) from fender (7).

4-8. Install Rear Wheel Splash Guard.
Install splash guard (2) to fender (7).
a.
Install splash guard bar (3) and secure with four bolts (1) with flat washers (4), lockwashers
(5), and nuts (6).
