Hydraulic Cover Vent Installation -- Continued.
NOTE
Positive (+) and negative (-) symbols are stamped on the respective NATO slave receptacle
terminals.
2. Remove electrical tape and any residue from cable ends.
3. Install two positive (+) cables (Figure 4, Item 2), bolt (Figure 4, Item 4), and new lock washer (Figure 4, Item
3) onto positive (+) terminal (Figure 4, Item 5) of NATO slave receptacle on hydraulic cover vent (Figure 4,
Item 1).
4. Install negative (-) cable (Figure 4, Item 7), bolt (Figure 4, Item 9), and new lock washer (Figure 4, Item 8)
onto negative (-) terminal (Figure 4, Item 6) of NATO slave receptacle on hydraulic cover vent (Figure 4, Item
1).
