Radiator Cooler Installation -- Continued.
1. Install two rubber mounts (Figure 5, Item 10) and two large flat washers (Figure 5, Item 11) on top of each
radiator mount (Figure 5, Item 5).
WARNING
The radiator cooler weighs 110 pounds (lb) (50 kilograms (kg)). Suitable lifting device is
necessary to lift radiator cooler. Failure to comply may cause injury or death to personnel.
CAUTION
Properly support the item being lifted. Failure to comply may cause damage to equipment.
If using a lifting device on radiator cooler, avoid cooling fan blades when lifting. Failure to
comply may cause damage to equipment.
2. Remove two bolts (Figure 5, Item 1) and D rings (Figure 5, Item 14) from radiator mount weldment (Figure 5,
Item 13).
3. Install radiator cooler (Figure 5, Item 12), two bolts (Figure 5, Item 8), new lock washers (Figure 5, Item 7),
and flat washers (Figure 5, Item 6) onto radiator mounts (Figure 5, Item 5).
4. Install bolt (Figure 5, Item 1), flat washer (Figure 5, Item 2), and new lock washer (Figure 5, Item 3) through
top bracket (Figure 5, Item 4) and into radiator mount weldment (Figure 5, Item 13).
