Engine Removal -- Continued.
14. Disconnect W16 J4 (Figure 6, Item 10) from W17 J1 (Figure 6, Item 9).
15. Remove nut (Figure 6, Item 6) and disconnect yellow wire (Figure 6, Item 7) from starter solenoid (Figure 6,
Item 8).
16. Remove bolt (Figure 6, Item 1), lock washer (Figure 6, Item 2), and two ground wires (Figure 6, Items 3 and
4) from ground weldment (Figure 6, Item 5) on battery-charging alternator. Discard lock washer.
