CORRECTIVE ACTION
7. Check active engine faults
1. If fault code SPN#157, FMI#4 is
screen for fault code SPN#157,
displayed, proceed to next test.
FMI#4.
2. If fault code SPN#157, FMI#4 is
not displayed, turn keyless
engine switch to the OFF
position (TM 5-3895-385-10),
and replace engine ECM (WP
0332, Vol 2).
8. Check active engine faults
1. If fault code SPN#157, FMI#3 is
screen for fault code SPN#157,
not displayed, turn keyless
FMI#3.

remove jumper wire, and
proceed to next test
2. If fault code SPN#157, FMI#3 is
displayed, turn keyless engine
switch to the OFF position (TM
5-3895-385-10), and replace
engine ECM (WP 0332, Vol 2).
9. Turn keyless engine switch to
the AUX position (TM 5-3895-
385-10), but do not start engine.
10.Measure the voltage between
1. If voltage is between 4.75 VDC
ECM rail fuel pressure sensor
and 5.25 VDC, turn keyless
+5 volt SUPPLY pin (pin 37)
engine switch to the OFF
and ECM rail fuel pressure
position (TM 5-3895-385-10),
sensor RETURN pin (pin 47)
and proceed to next test.
(WP 0443, Vol 3 and WP 0448,
Vol 3, Figure 2).
2. If voltage is not between 4.75
VDC and 5.25 VDC, turn
keyless engine switch to the
OFF position (TM 5-3895-385-
10), and replace engine ECM
(WP 0332, Vol 2).
11.Restore equipment to original
condition.
12.Turn keyless engine switch to
the AUX position (TM 5-3895-
385-10), but do not start engine.
Wait 30 seconds.
