Expected display Is PASS.Run confidence test per TM 9-4910-571-12&P.If .9.9.9.9 Is displayed, voltage is not within testrange.POSSIBLE ERROR MESSAGESNoneIf STE/ICE-R display is FAIL or .9.9.9.9, check differential pressure transmitter per paragraph 2.21.WARNINGFuel is very flammable and canexplode easily. To avoid seriousinjury or death:Always wear safety glasses/gogglesat all times.Keep at least a B-C fire extinguisherwithin easy reach when working withfuel or on a fuel system.Do not work on fuel system whenengine is hot; fuel can be ignited by ahot engine.Direct contact with a high pressurefuel spray may cause serious injury.Wear protective goggles and gloves.Avoid direct contact with fuel spray.If fuel spray penetrates your skin, getmedical aid immediately.To gain access to fuel lines, open front top left accessdoor, front top right access door, left access door, andleft access cover per TM 53895-373-10. Remove engineaccess cover per paragraph 2.22.Close front top left access door, front top right accessdoor, left access door, and left access cover per TM 5-3895-373-10 and install engine access cover perparagraph 2.22.If uncertain of fuel pressure at the injection pump, veryslowly loosen fuel injection pump input straight adapteruntil fuel just starts to drip. If fuel continues to drip, theline and adapter are under pressure. Stop cranking theengine and retighten the adapter.2-57
