WARRANTY
E. D. Etnyre & Co. guarantees for o period of one year from the date of the shipment to
repair or replace, F. O. B. its factory, any part which requires replacement due to defect in
material or workmanship, but will not be responsible for consequential damages or any
further loss by reason of such defect. This guarantee does not cover products that were not
manufactured by E. D. Etnyre & Co. except to the extent of the guarantee given by the
actual manufacturer.
