Refer to paragraph2.10 for connecting and disconnecting STE/ICE-R test set to DCA.Open gauge panel access door per TM5-3895-373-10 to gain access to circuitbreaker CB2.Remove operator switch panel perparagraph 7.6 to gain access to flowgate switch terminals.If both flow gates fail, fault will probablybe found using procedures in first twosteps of flowchart.Refer to paragraph 1.18.7 for anelectrical system description for the flowgate control circuit.Press the reset button on the breaker ifunsure of the breaker condition.If voltage is missing to only one flowgate actuator, continue diagnosticprocedure for related circuit only.To avoid reversing polarity to thevoltmeter, connect negative test lead toequipment ground and use positive leadto probe for voltage.2-175
